Air India — Air India Flight AI 809

We had booked a flight for Mumbai to Delhi on 28th April 2021 AI809, but we tested positive in RTPCR, hence unable to fly. We do not have any symptoms, neither we have stepped out in last few months, hence was unaware, and booked our tickets.

We request the airline to issue refund to us.

1. Mode of refund initiated by the merchant

2. Account details to which the refund has been initiated

3. RRN number / transaction reference number

4.Exact Debit Date of transaction

5. Merchant Refund Confirmation mail mentioning amount to the saving account
