Myself and my family, consisting of two kids aged 6 and 1 year, travelled on this flight .
Unfortunately, out of three checked in baggage, only two came and the third one was delayed by around 4 hours.
This not only happened with us, but many passengers on the same flight had the same issue .

The Air India ground staff told, there was a container lock issue and that is causing the delay .

We were actually travelling to GOA, and we had a train to catch at 7.30 . Attaching the train ticket copy for your reference.
We checked with the ground staff and he told us Air India will provide you with an alternate option for your travel, we need not worry.

But by the time the luggage arrived, this person's shift was over and a new person came on duty and he directly refused any of our
requests without any humanitarian consideration.

We were even ready to pay for the flight to Goa and Air India had flights to Goa, the only thing we wanted was to allow us to take our extra luggages
without any penalty . (because we came on an international flight and had more than 75kgs with us, which is not allowed on domestic flights) .

The staff did not provide any kind of refreshments, we were waiting tirelessly with kids and infants near the conveyor belt all these hours for our luggage.

And as Air India did not provide any support, we had to take a cab to Goa . Because of Air India, a well planned wonderful train journey was replaced by a tiring 14 hour road journey.
that too with a 6year and 1 year old.

The train tickets were booked on tatkal quota and no refunds for that. The cab cost us an extra 15000. It was economically and physically draining for us.

As an international flight carrier, I hope AIR INDIA shows some kind of integrity to surpass these kinds of issues. Please we are normal people, travelling in economy class,
travelling once in a year for a vacation to our home country, putting all our savings into a single trip is heartbreaking for us. And how much ever you apologize or repay, you cannot give us the time, energy we lost .

I urge AIR INDIA to consider this as an official complaint registration (Even though we wanted to do the same at the airport on the same day, but there were no officials available at your office counter and nobody was showing up there ). I know I am raising this concern after a month of incident, but for what Air India did to me, I didn't want any more of my vacation time wasted for Air India.I request AIR INDIA to register a case on delayed baggage and investigate this matter .

Please train your staff for proper behaviour with customers. I request you to check all attachments ( Flight tickets, irctc tickets and cab details attached. I shall provide all invoice proof to you on request ) to confirm the genuinity of my case and compensate for my monetary loss at least .
