I had purchased CCU-DEL-SFO ticket during COVID-19 pandemic time which got cancelled due to travel policy. At that time airline travel policy was to refund the amount to customer if customer cannot fly due to travel restrictions. There were two passengers, after uncountable follow up able to receive refund for only for one passenger and air India not giving any clear justification why the remaining amount is not refund?
