Hi My name is Amit i booked my wife and son ticket from air india, DATE- 9/4/2022 AI 904 DUBAI TO INDORE E TKT=[protected]/[protected] I m asking refund for this ticket, since April only i called them 10 times. chat 6 time and email more then 8 times all the time they say they are working on this your money will come soon. Now 6 month finish still waiting for my money. my case id also changed 3 times no idea what they are doing. its not resolve they sent me email telling me that they refund but that refund is not on my ticket,

i reply them with this email

cost for 2 passenger is 1365DHS

how you calculate and refund 380dhs

and what you talking about 380dhs is fraud transaction on 12 MAY 2022,
someone buy ticket from my credit card, on same time i complain to my bank
i have all documents sharing with this email, SMS / BANK EMAIL / Fraud complaint email and reply from bank attached.

that 380 dhs is not this eTickets[protected] [protected] money

i'm hoping your doing some action asap
