I, dr. Anil goyal along with my wife meenakshi goyal (Ticket

To new delhi on 03:04:2019 boarding at 11:30 am from sfo airport. It
Was a non stop 18+ hour flight. Our seat numbers 30h and 30j.
These were exit seats and we paid extra 100 usd for that.
To our utter painful surprise the info-entertainment system
Did not work at all. Headphone jack on one of seats was
Altogether missing.
We were totally confused, how to spend 18-19 hours.
On being told about this the staff initially told us that they
Will rectify it from "back end".
But in spite of multiple complaints nothing happened. On the
Other hand after some time the behavior of the staff became
Rude. "this is like this only. Do whatever you can do."
You can well understand our plight on such a long flight.
We want to be suitably compensated for deficiency in services,
Minimum being :
*full refund of ticket cost along with rs.100, 000/- per
Passenger for causing mental trauma for being treated rudely
And feeling totally helpless.*

You can demand any amount, but in practice, nobody will pay for such text as:-
1. No ticket, no reply of the air carrier is seen .
2. The essence can be resolved in the court or can not be resolved in the cort.
The examination of the civil claim in the court is paybale service everywhere.
