Worst airline with the worst staff. Canceled my tickets in the month of august. Still haven’t got my refund back. On top of it their employees lied to me that the amount was refunded on 30 th September and asked me to claim the amount from the bank. When they never refunded the amount. Their employees beat around the bushes and don’t give a clear answer. Highly doubt the ethics of the airlines and their staff. It’s 13th of December and almost 6 months from I cancelled my tickets. No one replies to the email as well. They are cheater and liers. Still haven’t got my refund back. This was the first and the last time I trusted air india. Would never book my tickets with air india again.
