This is regarding a strong complaint against air india for shockingly unaccountable inhumane services and immediate refund with penalty of flight ticket charges from delhi to allahabad, these amounts shall be paid by air india to panicked passenger ms[dr] pandey for torturing the passenger[dr pandey] on airport with their inhumane and unaccountable services with no assistance and facility when she was suffering whole day and night at the airport with fever, pain and vomiting due to no facilities and assistance from air india and this made this situation hell when air india flight was canceled which was confirmed in night by air india after passenger’s continuous request for the status after several times rescheduling. Ticket cancellation status was updated when no options were available at the airport for the passenger to reach the destination on that day and night].
Air india alliance flight 9603 l aircraft-atr42/ nonstop from delhi to allahabad.
Complain in details:
A pregnant passenger[ms pandey] reached delhi airport in early morning with air india’s another connecting flight from bangalore to delhi.In journey from bangalore to delhi, she was vomiting due to inconvenience in flight due to bad weather but shockingly no crew staff came for any assistance even after seeing the situation. Co passengers helped but no crew staff came for assistance.
After reaching to delhi airport, she waited whole day for another rescheduled flight without any assistance from air india even when she was sick and vomiting due to pregnancy.
Look the carelessness, inhumane and unaccountable approach of air india and it’s staffs:
At 04:50pm another mobile message/ email (But no announcement) came to passenger that flight from delhi to allahabad is delayed and expected to depart at 04:30pm. Remember the time was 0450pm when this outdated information conveyed.
I, her husband called to air india’s customer care number[[protected]] 4 times periodically to get the status to book next flight in case this flight is cancelled but the customer care executives were bluffing in in their own ways e. G.
1st one said, schedule is not updated, call after 30 minutes. Second time said: check-in has been started, flight may depart soon. 3rd time said it is expected to fly at 04:30pm, foolishly it was outdated information at that time because at that time it was 05:05pm, later he said, soon it will fly but no exact time. 4th one said schedule is not updated, contact to another given number[protected] to get the status but being panicked and a suffering passenger, several times i called to this number but there was no reply.
I tried all the numbers available on internet/documents for enquiry. And there was no help/assistance from any staffs of air india. Shockingly they were behaving like aliens. Even sitting facility was also not there because o[censored]nmanaged crowd.
Finally, after so much hassles with bad health of the passenger, at 08:00 pm, these unaccountable staffs of ai confirmed at enquiry window for the flight cancellations. Hence, passenger asked to cancel the ticket and got receipt for the cancellation of the ticket for refund of the fare from delhi to allahabad with applicable penalty[which need to be applicable].
At that time no option was remaining for passenger in pregnant passenger’s worst health situation. She was hopeless and crying due to pain but help form air india staffs. Isn’t it inhumane? Disgusting! Isn’t it?
Whole day and night passenger suffered at airport with fever, pain and restlessness without any assistance and facility from air india staffs.
I, her husband booked another flight in morning for her diverted journey due to her very bad health conditions, for that air india and it’s staffs are responsible because of their unaccountable services.
Later in the early morning of next day [31-may-2016], when i called to air india, customer care executive said that ticket is not yet cancelled. Shocking! Passenger got receipt for ticket cancellation in last night itself but still ticket is not cancelled. Hillarious! Isn’t it? Shocks of air india’s unaccountability were coming again and again to put suffering passenger under frustration. Hence, again i requested to cancel the ticket in today morning, she cancelled and told me to write mail on this [protected]@airindia.In to get the refund amount with penalty money which is applied on this because this happened due to cancellation of flight by air india.
Still, there is no update/acknowledgement from air india for anything. It’s height of inefficiency and unaccountability, isn’t it?
I, passenger’s husband with suffered passenger ms pandey requesting for a strong action against air india for this unaccountable and inhuman approach and services.
I need immediate refund with applied penalty on air india for it’s inefficient, unaccountable and inhumane approach and services.
