I was flying with air india from tlv to bangaloure with a stop in delhi.
When taking off from tlv i made sure the suitcase will get all the way to bangaloure.
The flight attended assure that it will happen.
When arriving to bangaloure i see that my suitcase has not arrived. At first there was a girl who told me that the suitcase will come to the hotel and that she will check regarding compensation as j am on a business trip.
Than we went to the office to fill the report and a very rude guy, name irshad ahmed, disregards everything she told me.
According to him it is my fault i did not picked up the luggage and went through clearance (I had no clue i needed to do so). I need to loose a working day and to go to the airport in mysore to collect my baggage and there is no compensation.
He was taking so surly not ready to listen to anything i said!!!
Please explain why do i need to loose money for buying necessary things and loose working time, which is obviously very expansive as i am here on a business trip, due to your mistakes???!!!
I am a business woman who is travelling often around the world. I have never experienced such a humiliating service.
