Air India — no refund from air india, even after 5 months

I have booked two ticket with the booking ticket numbers as[protected] and[protected],

Date of travelling 25th may 2020
1. From pune to hyderabad
Eticket number :[protected]
Booking reference : yzgmy
Flight number : ai9868
Amount : 7, 730/-

2. From hyderbad-pune-hyderbad
Eticket number :[protected]
Booking reference : hswzf
Flight number : ai9867 and ai9868
Amount = 14, 359/-

I was told that both flights have been cancelled and the amount will be refunded in 3-5 days. I have sent sent, 20 -25 mails, and on repeated conversions, i didn't got my money back.

As i booked them directly through the air indian website.

But till to date i have not recived the refund
