Air India — Non refund of ticket fare

I mr. Bishnu hota had booked a ticket through ease my trip for flight dated 04.05.2020. The flight/ itinerary details are as follows :-

Refund claimed : rs.3857/-
Ticket booked on 18.04.2020

I have been subjected to undue harassment at the hands of the travel agency (Ease my trip) and air india for not considering refund for the aforesaid flight.
