I have booked a ticket in AirIndia on Monday from Newyork to Chennai for Friday 24th July 2020 which had a connecting flight from Delhi to Chennai on 25th July 4.30PM. Suddenly the next day i got a mail that the flight from del to chennai is rescheduled to 26th 4.30 PM..
As i am travelling alone with my 5yrs old kid i cannot stay overnight in Delhi hence i called the support team to check for any other flights . Debashish from the support team was explaining us about the rescheduling option to Monday but suddenly call went blank and got disconnected. Not sure what happened then we tried around 10 times again and then we got another support person and she told that our PNR has been cancelled. This is ridiculous seriously, we are so much stresses. Without even confirming with us how can it be cancelled by support team. If required u can check our calls to the team.
After which we have mailed them called them many times no proper response since the tickets are cancelled.
Request you to please help in getting the complete amount back ASAP as we haven't cancelled or requested for cancellation. Please help. We need to travel again, kindly understand the users perspective and help us please. Was this information helpful? |
