I am Mohammed Yahiya Pasha Gulam. Booked ticket on October 28 from Air India website from Hyderabad to Riyadh for November 29 with passenger name as s Mohammed Yahiya Pasha Gulam and Asif Khan.
I booked tickets for two persons (one is me) from Hyderabad to Riyadh on November 29. I paid INR 45, 926 for two person tickets. The payment is complete and I received the message also but not any tickets or itinerary or PNR number. I used g.[protected]@gmail.com email address to book the tickets (as guest booking). After successful payment from SABB credit card the Air India website says:
THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR WITH YOUR REQUEST.
P_0006 - Payment has been collected. Sorry, we were not able to ticket your booking due to some technical reasons. We shall mail the tickets to you shortly.
I did not receive any email (checked spam folder also multiple times) or message from Air India.
I wonder how Air India has done the transaction without sending a ticket or notification. I would request the tickets as soon as possible or refund.
I hope Air India would send me the tickets soon.
