Air India — Payment of refund of cancelled ticket not received

I had booked following tkts under armd forces concession instead of sr citizen on 4th feb at 1300 hrs

3 HHBPT jammu del 01 Mar 4500
4 YPX4F del hyd 01 Mar 6142
i have got these tkts cancelled through customer care center on 4th feb at 2100hrs
i am eligible for refund as cancellation has been done within 24 hrs of booking and request to refund the amount to my account.
though airindia has acknowledged and intimate that refund will be processed witin 5 to 6 weeks however it is now more than 10 weeks, no refund has been received yet nor any reply to my mail sent reminder on 28th mar to ecommerce
