Could you please help me with the refund for this booking reference no. H206G or case reference no. 05220934 . I have called e-commerce several times and mailed several times but no response .. This is urgent .It has been several follow ups and waiting for 6 months now after the date of booking on June 29th 2020. Also i have raised a service request number #36028 PNR cancelled by Air India - Refund via tool. Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 12, 2021 Updated by deepaks31 Any information on the date when refund will be provided is highly appreciated . This is giving real mental stress to everyone. Pls inform us the date so that we can keep quiet until then.
