I have got 2 group tickets each with 8 tickets. These were booked on february before lock down and its declaration. During lock down. Air india cancelled these tickets without even a mail. Now i am trying to get the refund since may 2020. We have send many mails to ecommerce, called many times to the customer care. Every time they pick up the call, they put it on hold asking us to wait. I will be waiting for 15 to 20 minutes, then the call gets connected. This is happening since then. Only acknowledge mail is receiving from ecommerce. Please refund my amount at the earliest. Please give me a response. At least call me back or get me mail.
