Air India — Refund

Updated by Shab07 Air India is just sending me the same update again and again from last one month which is ' my issue has been forwarded to concerned department'
I really don't think any one is looking into it. What is there to investigate for a refund when they have all the relevant information and how much time does it take to investigate? Not sure who to reach out to for this now

Updated by Shab07 Still not received any update on refund status. Air India customer care keep sending me same email with no resolution and timelines.

Updated by Shab07 I had raised this issue 3 months ago and after several chasers I got an email from Air India that "A new action has been added to the feedback MD-IDEL[protected] by [protected]@airindia.in" on 7th Apr,

The status of this request shows 'under process' since 7th Apr with no progress whatsoever. Unable to understand why it would take over 3 months to initiate refund process when everything is automated/digitized these days. If booking an airline ticket can be done in few clicks on a mobile app then why would it take 3 months to refund the money?
Refund awaited against cancellation of 2 international tickets and is a significant amount to be held by the airlines with no accountability.

Appreciate if this can be expedited and closed. Thank you
