I have booked ticket on 19 oct 15 for travel from delhi to leh. however the travel could not take place and the same was cancelled. it was intimated that no show charges will be deducted and remaining will be refunded since it is booked under LTC fares. however 54 days past no refund has been provided. the matter complained to there ecommerce.airindia and call centre[protected] umpteen number of time but no response. matter also written to there head office. an amount of 7529/- stuck with airlines. pl assit
