I have made a payment of inr 3360.00 (Paid a total of rs.3, 371.80 including transaction/bank fee via hdfc netbanking, bank narration: shdf[protected]/billdkair india, transaction ref no. [protected]) against pnr yf87t (Passenger name: urikhinbamdeepak singh) on mon, 15 jun 2020 for rescheduling an already confirmed booking. The above mentioned pnr was newly created by air india customer care and provided to me along with a payment link on my email for making the payment. After the payment was done, i contacted air india customer care on call again and confirmed that my rescheduling request was auto cancelled by the system. Apparently, ticket no. Was not generated at all. I was informed that the amount would be refunded automatically in few days. I contacted them several times on email as well as on call but i haven't received a proper response till now. It has been 2 months since i have made the payment and till now i haven't provided a resolution in this matter. Request you to kindly investigate.
