This is to bring to your attention that I am waiting for the refund of my cancelled ticket (cancelled from my end on 10/09/2020) since 174 days as of today. For the last 6 months, I have been calling air india's customer care team multiple times (almost twice a month), but all of those were of no avail. With this, I must admit that this is worst customer service team I have encountered.
I would like to highlight some of the recent experiences I faced with air india's so called customer service. Swapnil from customer team gave a false commitment that the refund will be processed in 1-3 days. He raised a case ID 08155365 for this. Pooja from air india's team constantly tried to deviate from my actual issue and asked me to reach out to Travel Partner ; where I already conveyed that I was calling AirIndia as instructed by travel partner team.air india's service is worst and air india's employees doesn't care about customer's problem.
I also took the liberty of reaching Air India through Twitter and I did not get any help from air india twitter team as well.
When I reached out to my travel partner, they told they have already raised Refund Application (RA) NO:- [protected] for my case.
I need my refund at the earliest as this is a non lockdown case and it is 174 days since I requested for refund.
