Air India — Refund not processed for long time

I have cancelled my E- ticket[protected] for the trip from FRA to BLR for the Journey date 01-Dec-2020. I have contacted many times Air India customer support and [protected]@airindia.in regarding the refund of my cancellation ticket. Still, they have not started the process of cancellation. I am not sure when will I get my refund amount. It would be great if Air India takes some step to refund my money as earliest as possible. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 26, 2020 Updated by Jegadeesh Kannan I have emailed nearly 5 times to [protected]@airindia.in to get the refund status. No response from them. please let me know if you need more details from my side.
