I am writing you concerning a round trip from San Francisco – New Delhi – San Francisco with its E-Ticket Number[protected] via approved travel agent Budget Air. The ticket was booked for December, 18th 2020 and due to COVID situations I had cancelled the ticket on December, 1St 2020.The ticket was cancelled by me on Dec, 1st 2020, confirmation mail from budget air was received on Dec, 2nd 2020 regarding cancellation of the ticket stating that the ticket has been cancelled and the refund request has been processed. It has been 4 Months since then and i have not received the refund. I request you to kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible or please tell us the exact process to get the refund back.
