Hi,
I have booked my Air India ticket on Air India website on 4th Feb 2021 from Bangalore to Muscat for 11th Feb 2021. I have cancelled my ticket by email and also on customer care on 10th Feb 2021 due to Covid cases. They have promised to refund the amount within 14-21 days however its been 18 months I haven't received yet. I have been following it up by email and also customer care call center and every time they are processing it and will be refunded within 14-21 days. I have also communicating on twitter Air India, they have promised the same again. Please see below feedback form ref numbers which they have asked to do, I have done 3 times for the same.

After much following they have provided the ref number as below on 22nd July
Dear Mr. Kishore, as checked with our concerned team refund has already been initiated from Air India side with RRN NO. VEP[protected]. Kindly refer to your bank for further queries.
So far I haven't received the amount and I have asked the bank to check the RRN number above however they have mentioned they can't trace with that and requested "Dear sir,
Please confirm the transaction debit date and from which account that transaction was done " Credit card " also share the merchant refund mail confirmation and refund amount."
I have posted the same on twitter however they haven't responded after this.
