I have a booked a ticket on air India website on July 8th 2020 for travel on July 10th 2020 from Chicago to Chennai due to a death in my family. I could not travel on this date due to having fever. I have contacted air India for issuing a refund via email and phone for the past 8 months without a resolution. I’ve called them yesterday again to see if I can use the amount for a future flight and they told that I can and someone from ticketing will call to reschedule my flight. I did not receive a phone call and when I called back I was told that a refund has been issued to me on the 28th of December 2020. I checked my card statements and my bank statements and there is no refund I received form air India till date. My PNR number was ZDSVC and the ticket number was[protected]. Please help.
