MORE THEN ONE YEAR, not received refund.
I was an international student in United kingdom, i had to exit United kingdom, booked one way ticket to home from LHR to HYD, 22 JULY 2020.
Booked this ticked and cancelled within hour. As per ticket policy i am entitled for a full refund within 48 hours. Payed for this ticket with my international bank account.
Asked for the refund to customers service teams, i emailed Air india for the refund plenty of times in the mean time.
I intimated Air India customer service team that, i am exiting United kingdom completely, My bank Account in U.K will be closed completely and i won't be able to receive the refund in UK bank account.
I have provided my indian bank account details through email to air india @ [protected]@airindia.in
escalation.[protected]@webairindia.in
Request Air india to refund me in my indian bank account as early as possible or else i will File COMPENSATION suite against AIR INDIA. Was this information helpful? |
