This is with regards to a failed transaction while booking an air ticket with air india. The details of the transaction are below:
Funds transaction number: [protected]
Transaction amount: Rs.1, 33, 209
Date of transaction: March 1st 2021
This transaction has failed. I contacted Air India regarding this issue. They got back to me indicating that the amount never got credited to Air India account. I have contacted my bank who said transaction was successful and I need to check with air India. After that I have attempted to reach air India multiple times with no response.
