Hi There. I took a flight from Toronto to Delhi and Delhi to Chennai on July 13. My first flight was terrible, my inflight entertainment wasn’t working and it was a 15+ flight and I had no means of entertainment not to mention the crew were absolutely great and really felt welcomed but it did not offset my basic expectation. To be honest, I paid 4000K CAD*(double the charge than usual economy) because I booked it at the last minute trusting Air India, well I could have gone with your competitors but I chose you. Anyway, I also have another flight back to Toronto on 16 th of Aug, I don't want to be that guy asking for compensation but I need my seat to be in Business class. FYI I am a frequent traveller. I Hope Air India will not disappoint me. I would appreciate your gesture if you could do this for me.
Update on this- i reachedout to [protected]@airindia.in with above message they were like we cannot do any upgrade or help or no compensation i am like what the hell, Such a Pathetic Airline, i regret booking with airindia.
