My son in law booked from USA my return ticket for commuting between Ahmedabad and SFO under booking reference YOTT2. I was to start my first leg of journey on 22nd April 2021. On 11th I was found Corona+. On 19th, I decided to cancel my trip. First i tried toll free number through my cell no. [protected]. I was told to contact Ahmedabad office and contact number[protected] was given. I tried that number 8+ times but there was no response on that number. I found another contact number[protected]. I tried that number without success. In parallel I dropped email on amd.[protected]@airindia.in through my emailid “[protected]@gmail.com” attaching certificate of my indisposition and requested cancellation and refund. . As i was unable reaching the authorities, I got my ticket cancelled. My son-in-law was levied cancellation charge of @ 200 dollars. I, on behalf of my son-in-law and with his authority dispute this deduction. As ticket cancellation was caused on medical ground, my son-in-law should get full refund.:
