4g data not works

I use lenovo 4g handset and i use airtel 4g sim on this handset in sim 1 slot but any time when i connect my mobile data on it will show only 2g but some time when im on the way of road its shows 4g. I request u pls resolve my problem as soon as possible.

for linking of aadhaar with airtel mobile fingerprint is being taken. but due to old age (more than 70)

complaint against call drop while using 4g

I am facing a problem regarding call drop at my address 'bajarang nagar nagpur'.

mobile number deactivated - not allowing me to reactivate

I had been using my mobile number[protected] since before 2010 with kolkata vodafone. When i moved to hyderabad, i got it ported to airtel in august 2015.

My number got deactivated on 14th december 2016 as i relocated outside india in july 2016 and was not able to use it as i could not get network on that sim at all times.

As per policy, it can be activated with another 30 days post deactivation after payment...

slower internet service

I'm airtel postpaid customer. I have availed 499 plan where i get 7gb 4g data. I was rewarded with 10gb 4g data a month for 3 months for installing airtel tv.
Now i'm done with initial 7gb data and the speed of internet went too slow that i cant even open their my airtel app since 24th aug, 2017.
I have contacted their customer service twice and raised a complaint on 29th aug 2017. Complaint number 79035231.

my number has been allocated to someone else {fraud}

random activation of services i've not even subscribed.

Airtel, being one of the largest networks in the country is simply taking advantages of its customers. This is the 3rd month when a random service called dindoclub got activated. This incident has happened twice before, but that time they cut it for something called gamepind. And now this. conversion is taking more than 1 month

Hi, i have placed a request to convert my postpaid no. To prepaid at an airtel store in pondicherry on 28th july. I did followup with the store as well as customer care but my request is not completed and nobody is bothered about to inform the status. Usually as per the provided the request will not take more than 48 hours which in my case it is more than a month and not yet resolved....
