unbilled usage - unethical practices

promises to install broadband within 24 hours but not done so for 11 days

Ppl from airtel came spoke to me about portability service they asked me to do few steps got 350 from me and left. Wen he just left i called the number from the bill that i dont want the service becuase i still dint finish with vodafone billing cycle.
