not able to send sms

dear sir,
my airtel prepaid no is [protected]. i have not been able to send sms from this no for the past three months.however i am able 2 receive sms.i hav tried to contact ur customer service but to no avail. may i request you to please look into this matter....

No coverage--no range

hi iam an airtel mobile user and i am a resident of ekkaparamba, kuzhimanna village, malappuram, kerala, india..here there is no network coverage for airtel...but full range for idea and vodafone...pls take required actions......

Airtel calls barred

Dear Sir,
I have purchased an airtel sim from an airtel outlet in bangalore on 18 June 2009. I submitted a copy of my driving license, filled the forms and also submitted one passport size photo. After one week I got a message saying my outgoing calls is barred since i havent submitted my documents. I went to the dealer and asked but he told that he has already submitted the docs. CUG deactivated

Hi,
I have a corporate CUG connection betweeen [protected] and [protected] where i was enjoying all the CUG discounts but suddenly without giving prior intimation the CUG connection was deactivated between these number and have billed for calls made and not been given any CUG discounts which i'm entitled to get.Hence as requested by Airtel i have paid back all the outstandin bill dues, now i wann the CUG to be activated as soon...

cancellation of connection

sir/madam,
I would like to cancel my post paid connection.The numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected].
Because your agent cheat me .They told me that this is government scheme/senior citizen card.But when i inquire about this card in your customer care center, they deny about all this scheme.

Charged for own Toll free number

Hi EVERYBODY,
how would you feel when asked to call the tollfree customer care number and then charged for it?
I Faced the same situation when i received an SMS in which it mentioned a tollfree number for airtel from airtel for some radio services, I just called the tollfree number where i found that it done subscribing to the radio on demand service, which was not desired.

tariff plan activation

Schems without end date

Sir
We are facing lots of problem in full talk value schemes because company does not give end date of full talk value schemes. There are three ways to confirm the schemes daily.
1. Call to customer care: Useless to call because most of the time information is reversed.

2. Other option is send SMS on 369 (Write amount you want to recharge example Rs 500 and send to 369 u get SMS of present scheme ie 525) but...

Delay in PF settelment

billing dispute

Iam using airtel landline plus internet.For the june billing date my phone & internet was disc frm their end as of non pymnt.As it was settled frm airtel collection dept., i made the 1000 rs/- as they asked me to do so.In the latest invoice they are charging 200/- for reactivation ? plus whole month bill charge as i dnt hv dial tone & no net access.I received a sms frm airtel fixedline tht this month "bill will not be generating"...

Unauthorized charges (Looting an innocent user)

I am having airtel connection no [protected].I have been complaining since March 2009 that Rs1.00 daily and Rs 10.00 per weak is being charged from my prepaid sim account for unknown reasons (Unauthorized Charges) .I have been having a horrible time for the last 03 months complaining after complaining about the problem but No positive Response is being given towards the problem.

stop the cricket sub pack subscription

I have not being using AirTel WAP service still i keep getting a SMS from 64611010 stating "Thanks for using (cricket sub pack subscription) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs 10. Enjoy wap.mobifun.in". This has already happened about four times now. Please guide how to resolve the issue. Recently I got a bad experience from AIRTEL. Before jun22, twice I got msg – Recharge with 230 and get 206+24, 50 STD min. My goverment card converted in to normal plan

Airtel is a worst company...
they changed my government plan card in to normal card and also the costumer care is also not responding well. they said plan changed and it will never be back....
