no service even after payment

My name is jai rajra.i recently installed the much hyped airtel digital tv.and i consider my decision as the worst decision ever made in my life.Even after making full payment made to them i am not getting any services from theie end.after calling customer care a number of times it just resulted in me having a sore throat due to the shouting and cursing that i had to subject them to and a bad headache.the customer care services is the worst...

renewal into yahoo!zone without permission

i have a prepaid connection of airtel with mobile no.[protected]and i get auto renewed into this yahoo zone without my permission for the past year or so and every time i end up shelling 30 bucks, its hightime this service is deactivated at the earliest else serious action will be taken against the service provider...

Mobile signal

We have been facing network connectivity issues for the last 2 years. Eventhough the place is very close to Electronic City - The IT HUB, in Bangalore, the signal strength is pathetic. Most of the times, signal is not available, even when its available, we will not be able to make or recieve calls. Vodafone and BSNL are working perfectly fine. Migration of to prepaid against a request for safe custody

I requested for safe custody of my mobile number [protected], a post paid connection, 0n 6th may'09 as i was on tour to USA for 8 to 12 weeks. change of ownership of SIM card (9777137826)

Sir, I have purchased a SIM card No.-[protected] from a retailor(BanadurgaCommunications, At-Phul-nakhara, Dist- Cutack, Orissa) in December-2006. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEFFICIENT ATTITUTE OF STAFF OF AIRTEL.

Dear SIR,

WE HAVE 36 AIRTEL CONNECTIONS IN THE NAME OF OUR COMPANY. FROM 15.07.2008 WE CHANGED TO THEIR PLAN WHICH WAS AS BELOW. THEY ASKED US TO PAY RS. 1495/- AGAINST EACH PHONE AS 2 YEARS ADVANCE RENTAL FOR 2 YRS. WE PAID RS. 1495/- AGAINST EACH OF OUR PHONE AS ADVANCE RENTAL. poorest services

airtel forces me to write this complaint. i had airtel broadband connection last year. due to wrong information given by airtel customer care executive, my connecton was not disconnected even i mailed thr request to airtel head office in chandigarh. then i started recieving calls on calls to pay the bill. when i recognised the problem, i went to airtel head office, submit my complaint and again request for disconnection. but nothing happened....

airtel digital TV worst service

Hi

This is to complaint Airtel Digital TV in the month of Jun 2009. I was given a Airtel Digital TV Recharge Voucher worth Rs. 250( Serial No.[protected]) and cust. id ([protected]) by the dealer which on recharging turned out to be an invalid recharge voucher. I was told by the dealer to lodge a complaint for this AIRTEL but customer care service very poor.

Airtel manipulating bills to force user to change plans

From past 1+ year I am using airtel broadband connection and in my surprise suddenly from past 3 months monthly bills has jumped to 2 to 3 times whereas my internet usage is constant. As i am the customer of Airtel .. and i am using gprs service .. on 14feb 2009 i was not able to use my service even paying charges .. and on 24 feb 2009 too i paid for one month gprs charges i paid full money .. but no response came .. each time when i call to customer care they just make FOOL to me asking for another 24 hour .. i have called them nearly 50 + times .. but no action has been taken ... i want some very strict action should...
