Discontinue the mobile service

Worst customer care service and slang words used by customer care executive of Airtel

I am from Pune and on 30th may 2009 at around 2am I have received a message regarding charging notification of Rs 25 for GPRS activation which i have not activated on my mobile no.Rs 25 has been deducted from my account. So I have called the customer care at 121 .executive (Tabrez) has attended my call and when I have asked about the deduction of Rs.25 from my account without any request sending from my side .He said this service gets activated...

blocked frenzo service

Misleading SMS

I am a prepaid user of Airtel Mobile.

I have been receiving a SMS Message from the Number 52121, which says, "you have missed 2 calls. Never miss a call again.Activate Missed call alert service at just Rs.10/month. SMS MCA<space>ACTIVE to 52121.

It looks ordinary but the point here 'If I missed 2 calls and if my handset does not show that, either my handset is fault or Airtel must have purposely...

pathetic customer care & cheap marketing

Discount Offer

I have got the discount offer. RC 45 with all local call @ 60 paise for 60 days and after 60 days Rs 1 / day deduction. I tried two times RC 45 but the transaction failed. I called Customer care, he told to recharge through SMS . After made a SMS directly the deduction of Rs 1/day scheme activated. Non activation of Airtel Roaming

Due to some urgent work at Mumbai I had to Go To Howrah (Kolkatta Via Train to catch flight for Mumbai on 24/04/2009. Legal Action for Safe Custody Connection

Well, we really like Airtel services before this is happened.
We were using Airtel broadband connection from last two years and there is no bill laps. We shifted our office from that location to new address but Airtel connection was not possible on that new address. What they suggested is to put connection on safe custody and when the shifting is available they will move the connection and there is no charges for this safe custody...

I got a sms that if a do a recharge with Rs 47 voucher i will get 65 mins STD free. When i did it, my STD rate reduced from Rs 1.50 to Rs 1.00 instead of receiving those 65 STD free minutes.
