Sir,
Inreferance of the above topics I would like to state some harazments, I suffer due to the mentioned Company.

Abusing when refusing to accept their scheme

I am alok Srivastava using airtel prepaid mobile. Today at 5:40 PM a customer associate call me from [protected] number and told me some airtel scheme for caller tunes. When i refuse to accept their scheme then he starts abusing me, then i cut off the phone. Airtel service make my lifetime sim expire

my name is anamika. i have been making complaint since more than a week but there is no proper action taken regarding the same. and if i call to the customer care executive they dont even bother to give a proper answer and keep me on hold for more than 15 mins and then simply cut the call.i am using this airtel service from last two years. i ahve never seen such a hopeless service in other mobile services. i hope proper action will be taken...

Address Verification Problems

I applied for a post paid corporate connection.
I was asked to provide a address proof.
I provided my airtel broadband bill as address proof.

After a week, surprisingly my outgoing services are barred,

Broadband Specification

It is such a nuisance that these companies talk of their speed in Kbps while we measure speed in KBps.

Something like saying the distance from Mumbai to Delhi is XXXX feet?

Your actual download speed is just 1/8th because 8Kb = 1KB (look at the Bs and the similar pronunciation).

Wish the largest companies in the country get out of this fraud....

Bill already paid reflecting unpaid

Dear All @ Bharti Airtel,

I have already paid Rs. 230/- towards my postpaid mobile # [protected] bill on 01.06.2009 at Patel Agency (Airtel Dealer based at Kapadwanj). But till date I have not received confirmation from the company and it is still reflecting pending in company data.

Billing charges under CUG connection however claiming that all CUG calls would be free.

My two Airtel mobile nos [protected] and[protected] are in CUG group of HCL technologies BPO services, Noida and as per their Plan all the CUG calls are free but i have been charged for all such CUG calls.
