prepaid mobile recharge not done

I had used the icici bank online portal for a prepaid mobile recharge of 150 rs, on May 30, 2009 the amount was deducted from my account and thepayment was shown as success in the name of Euronet Worldwide India Pvt Ltd, payment id [protected], but till date no recharge has been reflecting on my mobile...

misguiding and providing false information

Airtel executives misguides customera about the GPRS option. Monthly 99. the customer executives and airtel sales people will say that you can access any wap sites using this connection. But they will not tell you that if you access any sites other than Airtel Wap you will be charged extra. Besides that it also does not allow you to access your IMAP or POP emails using built in email clients in phone like Nokia or any other hadnsets. br...

FRAUD ON GPRS CONNECTION

I have a Airtel Corporate connection of 699 since 2008, the same connection now is giving unlimited GPRS service for Rs 99 to all my colleagues in the Office which had the same 249 Rs plan purchased at the same time. Now they are making smart comment not to give the same service to me. Airtel Customer Service is cheating

I complainted Airtel regarding an incoming call issue on 23/04/2009. They told me that the issue will be solved within 24 hours. But I waited for 48 hours, but the issue was not solved. Airtel Mcheck Application

I'm using airtel connection since more than 2 years. Using Mcheck application to pay the bill online. Application was installed on Nokia 3110C handset; was working fine. While due to some network related issue i changed handset to Nokia 7210 Supernova. I have downloaded and activated the virtual card from ICICI Bank as well as Airtel. Then I pay my one bill.

Now since more than 2 months I'm not able to use Mcheck....

I received the bill No.[protected] for an amount of Rs.1659.53 in the month of March 2009 ( payable by middle of April 2009 ) and I paid the same vide HDFC cheque No. 0197601 dtd 08-04-09. The cheque, as per the monthly bank statement, has been credited to Airtel`s account.

My Airtel data card connectivity is notworking properly and the following errors are displayed continiuosly :

(1) Error 718: The connection was terminated bacause the remote computer did not resond in a timely manner.

9840229744 has not been added to my CUG

My number is [protected] for which i have taken CUG connection with [protected] and [protected] but the number [protected] was not been added to my CUG list and i have charged for the calls made for that number. Inspite of Claimin for the CUG connection i was not given the CUG discounts for the calls made between these numbers. So kindly see to that this number is added to my CUG connection and I get refunded with the discounts for two months....

faking internet connection and looting consumers money

with due respect i want to acknowledge u the fact that airtel comes out everytime with a new plan to loot the innocent consumers.
i got a broadband connection on this number [protected] and with internet speed of 256 kbps.

failure of company

dear sir,
i m having a prepaid mobile connection with the airtel and was very satisfied,
but from 21 march 2009 for one airtel no. my amount is deducted from the main account and not from the airtel to airtle pack account.
i have talked to about 6 senior level managers but i have been dissappointed to rectify the problem.

Delay in installation of IPTV

I have applied fo Airtel IPTV on 29/05/09.
A guy ( Mr Nardan came to my place to collect that money.
But till date IPTV ser vices are not installed, I regret my decision to go for IPTV. Local cable would have been much better, because of services,
MR. Nardan never took my concern seriously .,

Add on facility not activated for past 20 days

I, Ms Poongothai Ragukumar having airtel prepaid connection no [protected], from 23rd may 2009 for Add on purpose. But past 20 days Add on facility is not activated… and charging rs.1/ call. I had already lodged a complaint on 29.05.09. Against which I recieved a phone call from a Ph. no.[protected] at 12:17. Person on ph. asked me about complaint I lodged, and said that I myself activated the service by pressins the * button.
