I have always been told good things about airtel’s broadband services, but, to my dismay, it was told to me by the airtel executive that their services are not available in my area without any sort of inspection. He did not even inspect or come to my address and told me since it’s a government quarter the services are not available. Airtel has dug up the road for laying cables. They have
1. Broken drain pipes and not repaired them properly
2. They have laid cables which are on the road blocking free movement of vehicles and have occupied a considerable part of the road
3. They have not closed the pits that have been dug up by them.
Despite following up with the airtel contractors, no action has been taken by them....

While laying cables, airtel workers have dug the road and broken the drain pipes carrying sewerage water. Even without rectifying the mistake, now they have laid big pipes on the road and left huge holes on the road. The pipes are laying open on the road blocking the road. The pits are also left open and need to be closed. No response from airtel....
