I read a news of Airtel sms job regarding work from Home in a website so I called there as I was in need of job.that person called me today, you have to pay 1850 for registration then there will no another charges. So I paid it then another person called from mobile number and demanded 9050 rupees for insurance and said it is refundable but I opposed for this charges and didn't refund my money..that fake people use ur brand or company name for money..
Pls look into this and take action

    Need your quick assistance here. The agenda is to convert prepaid #[protected] to eSIM, at the earliest.

    The email address registered for the number #[protected] at the purchase order has a spelling typo error, which has unfortunately led to invalid email id registration. Keeping the agenda in mind, the first approach is to SET email id correctly, to proceed ahead .

    Action Taken To Update Email ID to "[protected]@gmail.com":

    On Friday, 9th September, a call to 121, was made and a request to update the email address has been put across. I was informed, text message would be sent on the number within 8 hours, asking for a CONFIRM response to it.
    On Saturday, 10th September, after continuing to wait for the text message, a call was put across to 121, asking for the same request. This time an affirmation was given to me, text message would be sent on the number within 8 hours.
    After the wait was over for the next 16 hours, I called up 121 again, late evening on 10th September . To my surprise this time, I was informed that a text message would be sent to me ON or before 14th September, 2022.
    For my account security, you could reach out to airtel #[protected] and confirm the confidential data (KYC)secured with you.

    Please look into the problem, and do the needful.

    Being new to AIRTEL is an unpleasant experience .

      I have recharged my Airtel number [protected] on 08th Sept. 2022 for the amount of Rs 399 through Paytm. The recharge was done and is also reflecting in my account. My previous plan's validity was ending on 9th Sept 2022. After that the plan of Rs 399 was supposed to get activated automatically. But it is still not activated. Neither I am getting any free call nor data. While calling my main account balance is getting deducted. I also called the customer care (198) twice. But the agents are simply misguiding me instead of resolving the problem. I am also attaching few screenshots regarding the issue. Hope that the issue will be resolved soon.

        I am facing broad band issues and they have not been addressed properly. CC they don't know what's the issue is and they update the issue will be resolved within 24 hrs and field engineers they don't respond at all. I have asked for connection closure if they can't provide proper customer service and they don't do it at all. Issue happened multiple times with Airtel broadband

          About the issue of not working sim card

          My sim card isn't working.
          The card hasn't been working since yesterday midnight. Because of that i can't call the customer care also. Please take an immediate action about this issue....

          Dear Sir
          I made a request on Airtel app for xstream fiber connection. Since then my phone started ringing from various representatives of Airtel Xtream. Everytime they said that connection can not be given as my area is far away from the fiber line. On September 2nd three of their representatives visited my place and said that we shall give you the connection as our senior allowed it but you have to arrange one more Connection I talked to my neighbor to apply for a connection which he did. Accordingly they completed all the formality and payment of 4000/- was made to them by me and my neighbor. Same day I got a call from their engineer that connection can not be given because my home is 250 meters away connection can be given upto 160 mtrs. I even recieved a message of cancellation of connection request, which I intimated to the representative and he again gave me assurance that I don't have to worry it's just a minor default and I will get my connection by the next day. Till date my connection is not given and application money is also not refunded. I did not expected this kind of negligence from such a reputed company. I talked to Mr Amit TSM of Airtel Xtream (mob no+[protected]. He don't even pick up my phone after trying several times and message on WhatsApp he picked up the phone behaved very badly and said connection will not be given and your amount will be refunded. He even said that you can file a complaint if you have so much of issues with airtel xtream
          When I asked him why you allowed your juniors to assure me to give connection he didn't reply.
          Please look into this matter of fraud conducted by representatives and TSM of Airtel Xtream company as they falsely took my money for new connection and kept on fooling me that I will get my connection and afterwards rejecting the application for new connection and blocking my hard earned money with them.
          I request you to take a serious action against the company and get my money refunded with interest so that no other customer faces the same issues from such a reputed company of India.

            My name is vishal khatri and i have postpaid connection of airtel and the problem i am facing is that I don't receive any missed call alerts on my number when i my mobile number is not reachable. I contacted airtel and they said that they have deactivated the service by their own side and they aren't reactivating it. Kindly register a complaint against them.

              I called for the disconnection of service on 25-Apr-2022 ([protected]). I was on a yearly plan but closed prematurely as I switched to another service since Airtel was not providing 150mbps in my area yet. Despite handling repeated calls, I was frustrated and maintained on asking them to close permanently and have no intention of retaining service. They still haven't closed until September.
              Today they're asking me to pay the dues of around ₹326, which the system generated the bill for now.

              I am again receiving frustrating calls to pay this due, both phone calls and WhatsApp messages.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  Everyday I am getting calls from different phone numbers which when picked nobody speaks on the call. Earlier I used to get call everyday from Airtel payments bank.
                  I am writing this to you because when I block these calls via Truecaller, I can read the comments mentioned by other sufferers that the calls are made from your company.
                  Kindly look into this matter as it has become an everyday nuisance.

                      The Airtel Junction Box is right in front of my residential land in Kuberan Nagar, 14th Street, Madipakkam. We were not informed about placing this Junction Box in front of my land. (Photo Attached). We are about to start house construction in this land and this Junction box is causing disturbance for the JCBs and Lorry in ferrying the construction materials.

                      Can you please have this Junction Box removed/relocated at the earliest as it’s causing problems to unload the construction materials.

                        I started having an issue on 1stSep2022, but waited for 2days to get it auto resolved. Since there was no action, I raised a complaint officially on 3rdSep2022 and ERT was 4pm 4Sep2022. Yet No action. I started calling the customer care from Sep5 every 4hrs, and spoke to so many supervisors and today it is 9Sep2022 without any resolution.
                        Most pathetic observation here is, the technician visited my house on Sep7 and says "the fibre cable has been cut on the terrace and we need to fix", never turned up again even though the nearest service centre is in 5kms radius.
                        As per the Supervisor, Airtel's policy is an ERT of 4hrs when an escalation is approved but every commitment made by them is missed. I would have escalated this atleast 8 times so far.
                        How do i get compensated for the loss?

                                I have raised a complaint on 29 Aug 2022 with ticket id [protected]. It is not resolved till date, instead the engineer Mr MAHAJEET SINGH LODHI OLD GGN () and his Senior Mr Hawaldar, has disconnected or cut the connection of my broadband on 31 aug 2022 now the connection is not working at all, this has been done by Mr MAHAJEET SINGH LODHI so that i can provide him the happy code once the connection is restarted and he can trick me for the happy code. I have also made numerous complaints to the customer care centre but the complaint is not solved. After numerious attempts some how my connection was restarted but on 7 sept 2022 again a new technician Mr Bittu Poonia came with his TL who himself (TL) stays in my area and asked for happy code but i refused to give happy code and told them if i will get the speed for which i am paying only then i will provide happy code. Then they again disconnected the connection and said that hawaldar (there manager) se pannga mat le warna connection nahi chalegga. And they succeed by disconnecting the connection. Now my internet connection is not working and is inactive . I have also made numerous complaints on customer care but they are not helping me, If this is the way airtel gives service to there customers then i might have choosen the wrong service provider.

                                I request you to kindly resolve the following issues below.
                                1. Connection was not working at all from 31 sept 2022 to 2 Septmeber 2022 and from 7 Sept 2022 to till now is inactive.
                                2. Speed of the internet is below 2 mbps which is not at all acceptable so i request you to kindly provide me a speed for which i am paying.
                                3. Engineer and there seniors like TL and Manager are harassing me by disconnecting the internet connection for not giving the happy code to them. Necessary Action must be taken against him. I also have call recording of all the employees who have contacted me from airtel including Mr Hawaldar.
                                4. Request for reimbursement for the trouble i am facing from 29 aug 2022 till the problem is resolved.
                                5.Information for the fiber when it will be available in my area as I am paying for it.
                                6. Information regarding the nodal officer of my zone.
                                7. maximum time frame required by Airtel to resolve my issue.

                                    Airtel operates with absolutely no concern for their customers. Though they claim to have a helpline, it is merely a robotic system designed to promote themselves and avoid any issues on their part. To elaborate this:
                                    (1) There is actually no option under any circumstance that you can speak to a customer care executive.
                                    (2) They refer to their company as Idea, and not Airtel on their customer call line.
                                    (3) Before placing a complaint, you have to listen to your balance being repeated, their advertising campaigns, and worst, further promotion of their services which are not even working in the first place. When you have had almost no access to internet or even regular calls for two days this makes contacting them even harder.

                                    Based on their robots, I, as a paying customer have been told that it will take 8 days for my issue to be resolved. 8 days! Will I be getting my money back for all the 4G I paid for and cannot use? I have not been provided with any information or explanation.

                                    If you search the web, you will find multiple other complaints about this highly unethical business which sadly has not progressed with the rest of India. Shame on you, Airtel.
