I had made payment of 3532/- on 6th October, 2023 for Airtel Xtream fiber connection. Team has informed me about the installation appointment on the same day but because of some power issue my Wi-Fi connection is still not installed at my place. I am extremely disappointed with your service. I want to cancel this service and need refund....

Your installer has provided such a worst service. He did not installed the router correctly and he is not picking up the call now. His number is[protected]. What type of service is this. Now I am facing frequent disconnections and in your Airtel thanks such a worst chat bot is present for which I think you guys should not have implemented in first place....

My Airtel Xstream Fiber connection with account no [protected] was deactivated on 05/08/2023. The refund amount of 3385.55 was promised to be processed within 45 days. I am yet to receive the refund. When i call Airtel customer support, everytime they say the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and nothing happens. I am tired of calling them again and again. On 2nd Oct'23 I made a payment to my electricity bill to BSES Rajdhani from an Airtel application by using my Airtel Axis bank Credit Card. My mobile number looks like spoofing. Some strangers called and said now you have called to me. Daily its repeated. Due to that i have black all strangers call. Some time some important calls are blocked. This number is recorded in many places, aadhar card, bank accounts etc... Could you please check and advice, because i have used this number over 6 years....

I am facing the cross connection issues while making calls. When I call to my friends and family members it connects with any other strange person. And sometimes i can hear the conversation of other two people but my voice is not audible to them.

I switched over from pre-paid mobile to Post paid mobile in August 2023. The basic plan was INR 399 plus tax per month.

However I have received a bill of INR 4300 that mentions I am on a higher charge plan of international daily roaming INR 649 per day.
My Airtel App does not mention this at all and reflects it as INR 399 infinity family plan.

I disconnected my Airtel broadband connection 2 months ago. I was calling for customer care for refund. No use till date. I couldn't connect them, when I checked with their agency outlet. They are saying no such refund option after broadband disconnections.
I disconnected my account but my money is with them.
