Ambank Group — Complaint about transferring own fund to own account but Ambank is making things difficult for customers | ||
Your contact center is not able to advise proper procedure for fd redemption, i have been sending written instructions as requested and every time after submission, they will change the requirements happily and never get my request done. I will write to the press about the stress we are trapped at other country and unable to even transfer our own money to our own account due to AMbank changing requirements all the times and making things difficult for customers.
