My name is ng yee juan, i would like to make the strong complaint letter to ambank staffs what i faced thru.
The case just happen, my sister was helped me to make the car payment via online transfer from her bank account as recently me are based at london for study so unable to make the payment for myself.
They was rejected the payment and refund back the money without any info. And me and my mother (Car guarantor) are even never received any alarming or warning from ambank.
Last week, the car toll are stuck and toll away my car from my house unreasonable. Next day morning, my mother walk in to ambank penang branch to ask, the nice manager help us to called to head quarter and only find the problem. On the phone, the customer service only info that the payment make by online transfer rm2000+ are rejected by someone, when that time we only realized but its was too late. They need me to bear the toll fee cost about 1k and the interest charges. Finally me are agreed to paid the payment as my sister need the transport to attend to the university everyday.
And they need me to provide and email the authorized letter for mr. Saiful, after few days he only reply he was rejected. I'm feel disappointed and help less, i forced to and paid the amount rm2000k, but my case are even never solve, my car still on hold and the charges will increase and i have to paid the second times.
