Hi, my name is nadia. I called the customer care for more than 10 times. Each time the operator transfer me to the respective department i will be ringing endlessly that i have to call up again and again before someone really picks up my call.

My inquiry was related to car registration card. I need it urgently for my insurance claim. The first officer told my registration card is with ambank klang branch. I told them to email me a copy. Everyday i called cause i have yet to receive any email from the branch. The customer service officer were really not helping to expedite the process and even told to go to klang branch to get a copy. How could?? I work and stay in negeri sembilan. Tried calling the branch no thru the numbers given by customer care officer. No one picks up the call.. None. Im sorry but this shuld be the lousiest customer service i have ever encountered.

i encounter the same problem, been asking for transfer since i receive letter in June, they said ok will arrange to send to KL sentral branch to collect on 2nd July. went there office not open, i called HQ they said in their record this branch shud be open today, maybe bcoz of hari raya they closed. then some time later i received call frm ipoh branch ask me to collect, i work in KL, i said i already ask to transfer, but the officer said it was still with her in ipoh, if passed 20th august it will be sent back to klang. my mom went to collect on my behalf they ask her to go KL branch to do verification only can collect, she went with me to time square branch to do verification, at there we check again, and they said the card is in Klang. so in the bank i called to ask them transfer they said after 14 working days only will reach. i called after 14 working days they said they ask me call back again after 3rd Nov. today i called HQ they ask me call ipoh again, i called and nobody pick up still.
