Customer service is horrible! Staff does not seem to know what they are doing.
Unreasonable overstatement of loan approved in the system for over a million! When we approached the staff through phone call we are given an answer that it was an system error and stating in their system the figures are fine and state that things will be back to the appropriate amount.
The unfriendly staff also gave us an irresponsible answer stating that the staff responsible for our account has resigned. Alright fine. However, when we asked is there anyone that could assist in the issue above, the answer we got was "we have no one available at the moment".
After several months, the system still show the same overstated loan amount! This time we went personally to the branch (Kuching premier 101). The staff who served us mentioned that the excessive amount was due to interest charges and management fees. Can anyone please enlighten me on the calculation of interest charges and management fees which derived in an overstatement of loan amount of rm 1million.
