[Resolved]  Ambank Group — Poor customer service at Taiping branch

As mentioned on the above subject, on beginning ofJune, I applied the supplementary cards for my hubby and daughter. I had spoken to Ms Kuan that I need cards urgently due to we are going oversea trip on 1st week of July. According to Ms kuan there is no problem to obtain the cards within 2 weeks times. Last week on 29/6/17, I made a call to Ms Kuan again to check why I still not receive the cards which I need it urgently. She will check for me but too bad no feedback from her until today ( 4/7/17 ) I called online customer service to check the status. Very sad that, the system does not show my application at all and I called again to Ms Kuan today, she update me that the system is down thus all the application can be processed. I feel very disappointed the services given by ambank despite I told to Ms Kuan that I need the cards urgently. She told me that she can't do much. It is the way Ambank provide the service to customers ???
