My name is wong chee meng, i have been request the original car grant to be send to kota damansara branch since september 2017, and until now i havent receive it yet (Alomost 4 mths) and in between i have follow up and call to the careline & kota damansara branch, i think more then 10 times i called, and everytime i call the careline operator, they give me the same answer : "wil check with the person incharge (Hire-purchase dept) and will update me the status..., but i never receive any call back from ambank.... So,... I really disappointed with the bad & slow response service that ambank given. Pls take serious action for my case... Dont drag until next year to solve this..!!!
