Receive letter since June, bank inform to collect car reg. card. im staying in KL, canot go ipoh bank to collect. ask to transfer to kL- CS replied ok will proceed, went there branch close, called HQ CS, she said maybe due to Raya they close. ask transfer back to ipoh, until now canot get. hard to call.
