I have placed my order on Apollo app on 26th May 2021 order No. is[protected] and still order is not delivered. It is not due to governments restrictions it is due to technical error of your app that shows it is out for delivery which actually it is not. Not giving a prescription bill always telling printer was repaired. Come 2 days after and this is not a proper way to running pharmacy. Always telling this for the selective people that was for a monthly once person they telling this... I[censored] not take a proper action this will forward to consumer court. I have contacted so many times through mails, calls, apollo help desk in apollo. but they are not responding. worst experience. please dont order from apollo. after payment, we are unable to see our orders. and we didnt get our orders AND CUSTOMER care doesnot respond. they call and said that we are unable to solve. they why customer care is there. you pepole think we are trying to reach you for timepass. my money deducted, oreder not showing....

I have purchased 3 layer face mask 1 packet. 1st thing person not wared gloves and basic temperature screening also not happened, 2nd its open packet, 3rd before handover the material person was dropped down all the masks same captured on footage also for 50 mask rate is Rs.500/-. I urgently needed a oxymerter. So I ordered from Apollo as it was showing the date of delivery of 12th May. But on 12th May, the date got caunged to 17th. Since then neither I got any calls from delivery service nor any further mails. After multiple tickets and chasing for constantly 5 days, I got a mail saying refund has been initiated and you would get the refund of 1487.50 within 5-7 days. I didn't get any money. I am raising this complaint behalf my mother. My mother use to buy regular medicine in Apollo Pharmacy in Navalpur, Ranipet on monthly basis. We are getting some times home delivery. Mostly we are not getting home delivery and all requested medicine in the same even informed in advance. Also when she go there they(few) are not responding polite and immediate answer. I ordered Axe Oil 56 ml vide order no :[protected] on 20/05/2021 and paid Rs 589 but received other items of some other person

Wrong item was delivered on 29/05/2021.along with wrong bill in the name of some other person with 3 medicines.

I had purchased a Oximeter on 12/5/2021 from Apollo Pharmacy and they did not accept the credit card which normally they would accept and even on that day, they accepted credit card for the other medicines that I purchased on that day. On 18 May 2021 I have ordered an oximeter from Apollo app and once I unboxed it I found the product to be faulty as even after installing the batteries it is not getting turned on. I have raised request for return, I have even emailed the product picture to the email Id provided still no revert received for the replacement highly disappointed with the quality of the product received need this to be replaced or better refunded...
