I purchased medicine from Bahadurgarh Haryana outlet.
According to Indian pharmacy act temperature of pharmacy should be maintaine. But this shop was at boiling temperature. The staff who works is full drenched in sweat and sneezig . So it's seems very bed the reputed company has this type of condition . Medician have to maintain the pharmacy temperature but here the temp not maintained . It is the dangure to the health of public....

Got delivery of pulse oximeter on 25 may but it had scratches and was not working either so requested for a return & picked by executive on next day morning, but when ever I call the customer care for refund they say they ll refund the next day surely.
Even after 45 days Still haven't received my refund amount.
I sincerely request to help me with this...

Today, the Apollo Pharmacy at Kumaran Nagar, Peravallur, Chennai-82 with phone No.[protected] has not accepted my ICICI BANK Sapphiro Credit card with wifi facility and insisted for cash payment for my purchase. The reason stated is "net work issue". This is not acceptable to me. The shop owner should have alternate POS with better net work and accepted my credit card. After some heated argument, I cancelled my order worth of Rs.3, 500/-...

Hi,
I have ordered patanjali products from Apollo on 10 of june 2021 from Apollo 247 application owned by Apollo. The product was delivered on 15 June 2021. When I opened the products and check the expiry date it was mentioned June 2021. Attaching the order details and image of products for your reference.

I have ordered Order #[protected] on 12 th June and was expected to delivered before 15 June. But was not delivered, medicine are required on urgent basis so we don't expect delay than what was promised. Cancel my order and refund my money.. Experience with online Apollo pharmacy is really bad....

With reference to order number - #[protected]. on 19th April'21 I ordered a pulse oximeter which was defective. It didn't switch on even after putting multiple new batteries in it. I have raised atleast 50 email on the helpline and atleast have call 150 time on the customer care helpline yet no resolution on this issue. Please help me get a refund on this product....

Today I'm visited to Appolo pharmacy in Ganchibowli, Hyderabad

I'm Used the My credit card, But Amount is debited. Staff is told to me not received amount. At time we are swiped the card 3 time in two different swiping missions in Pharmacy.

I'm received the transaction slips two, Failed slip, another one not received.

The Pharmacy staff not given the confirmation...

My wife went to take some tablets for constipation / pain tablets for me and she was been passed comments saying why to take / buy these tablets rather not eat chicken or no veg. Its a medical Pharmacy and people can buy anything, its responsibility of the executive to help customer. Just not passing indirect comment on married women and laughing on them. This happened in Ramnagar branch opposite deihi sweet house or balaji...

Dear Sir,
My order number was #[protected]. I have ordered medicine on 2nd June and was assured to be delivered by 3rd June. But the medicine was delivered on 6th June. By that time I had already obtained the medicine from different shop. The delivered box is unopened. I requested to take the medicine back and give refund. Contacted their customer care to take back medicine but they are refusing the refund. Who can wait for medicine...

Hi Team,

I had ordered Mamypoko diapers for my 20 month old daughter on 6th of June 2021, also had made the online payment through paytm.
The item was not delivered where as i received message stating its already delivered, also the status in app shows as delivered.
Upon complaining to customer support which is one of the worst support i have ever seen . they have only wattsapp chat support and there no phone...

I placed order (#[protected] of Apollo oximeter using Apollo 24*7 application on 21 Apr (INR 1754/-), I cancelled the order on 24 Apr itself (via app only) however, upon my follow up I received a cancellation confirmation on 30 Apr 2021. Order cancellation date indicated within Application is 20 May 2021.

After my repeat follow ups I got a message from TX-APLOTF that refund of INR 1714.74 has been processed and should reflected...

Apollo has taken full advantage of pandemic situation as they know that many people may not open the order the same day esp if it is baby products. This gives them opportunity to cheat by applying some cheap tricks.

My recent order has cost me a loss of 500 INR.
