Cheated on buying a pack of condoms.

Address: Bhiringi more , Benachity , Durgapur, paschim burdwan, west bengal, 713213

9th july 2021 buying a manforce condoms (3pcs)pack, form bhiringi more, durgapur located shop.
They have been charged for that pack 40rs.
And not given me any pouch and bill.

Half hour later i m just see the mrp tag and there is only 25rs.

Apolo medical (bhiringi more, benachity) branch .

Please solve my problem....

Billing and credit points updation

Address: Tamilnadu , Thondi branch, Ramanathapuram district

This complaint is for this particular branch alone.Most of the time purchased bill is not provided to customer reason printer not working and Apollo system server is down.
Moreover the health credit points are not updated every time same answer system down.

Customer service is very poor and guys at counter are always busy on phone call not official call and not even bothered to answer customer queries.

I purchased around rs 4000 by 4 bill in apollo pharmacy near mmm hospital mogappair.pharmacy told system is not working so we give handwritten bill. Order not delivered, no refund issued

Ordered eye drops through Apollo 247 app. Didn't receive the order though the app shows delivered. No refund has been issued since 5 days despite escalating to the zonal team. Useless support from the app. There is no customer care number....

I am reluctantly obliged to bring to your notice that though there are several branches at ongole, Andhrapradesh, often we see that the medicines we order are not available, which when compared with the other pigmy medical shops belittles the illustrious legendary Appollo. Temperature maintenance in pharmacy in this hot summer

Its digaster to the public health that the reputed company selling the foulted medicine. I have purchased the medicine which has different colours of same batch two bottles duo to the pharmacy as improper temperature maintain.

Wrong products delivered and amount deducted 2 times

Hi,

During lockdown, I had ordered medicines.
Delivery person delivered some other order medicine.
And as it was covid times, I asked him to leave package at outside and paid the amount.

Later my actual delivery came. That also delivery person asked me to pay as he dont have any contact with Apollo app. So I paid.

Digital Thermometer

On 19.06.21, I purchased a digital thermometer from an Apollo Pharmacy ( bill no. 13006CC0041338 of Ho-Chi-Minh Sarani Pharmacy ). On returning home I, I tried to measure temperature of my sister who was suffering from fever. It seemed that the temperature was not showing correct. Next day, I went to that shop for a replacement product as that was a junk for me. But they refused citing their policy. But they could not explain how to check...

I will buy theirs at their Medical My father has bought from them many times based on which I have been buying items for a few months now so on 17/06/2021 I bought the Nebulazer equipment for Rs.2850 / one which is another problem for them when replacing them.They did not give me another bill when I gave it to them. Poor quality of Product - pulse oximeter
