I am a physician in pune with my private practice and also attached with apollo clinic at nibm road pune.
I was shocked to note that apollo pharmacy located at the apollo clinic nibm road is selling surgical masks (Worth maximum rs 5 per piece) at the rate of rs 30 each piece that too for doctors and medical staff who are at the forefront of patient care. I had placed an order online (Order no. Is[protected] in 17th feb 2020. My order apparently was cancelled, which i wasn’t informed about, but instead learnt on calling them to find out the status. I have subsequently made 9 calls to follow up about the refund, but i’m not able to get any information. Hi often i visit opollo pharmacy and i feel great to shop there but recently the sales person are behaving rude. When we ask for a product, instead of giving they ask us to find or pick up by ourselves. How would we know where the products are kept? Why they are there if they cant assist the customer!? Also sales person put customers on wait. Rudely they speak up with the customers....
