online order isn't delivered

I have ordered medicine online through your website and it is been 2 weeks since then. I didn't receive my order and there is absolutely no response from apollo pharmacy. The contact number isn't working. There's no response at all. Waste of time. Waste of money. Apollo pharmacy is a holy #.in the name of online delivery services apollo pharmacy is gambling the customers using public health care platform.

There is one lady staff here who is extremely rude and unprofessional towards everyone
It took me 1 hour just to buy a face wash from here

In my town sales boys in the pharmacy are selling medicine for prices higher than the mrp deliberately since one and a half years and for uneducated senior citizens this problem is even more and i myself had caught the sales boy 2 times for doing this for me and they are not even adding points for buying medicines in apollo membership system and they are adding it to their accounts and telling a story for me if i ask about points to be added...

order cancelled but no refund yet

Hi,
I ordered some stuff from apollopharmacy order #[protected], they cancelled it within a week on their end and not conveyed any message to me. When i inquired about it, they mentioned it's cancelled and you will get refund in 3-4 days. Now it's 3 week already gone, still no refund and just telling me, will look into it./... Worst service...
I want my money back......

refund for my product

I purchased a product and paid for it 60 rupees. But due to out of stock the order was cancelled on 26. But they didnt informed me from their side through any official mail or messege. I call them around 6times. They ensure me everytime that we will take your messege higher authority and grant the refund but no conformation mail has been received till now. The gastroentrologist dr. K. J. Somasekhar rao has given some prescription of medicines. But there was not full course available at appolo pharmacy jubilee hills. I requested the appolo medical shop representative near to my house at miyapur to make arrange to bring the medicines by putting order. But the medical shop owner denied to give order. Therefore, it is requested to take action against the owner of medical shop....

When i asked him about the price change... He said you are paying with card so price is different... And in the same shop... When ever i asked for invoice... He always say... Printer not working......

why no bill if the medicine charges are paid using one apollo points?

medicines not delivered

apollo pharmacy order - fraud app

I have ordered baby best diaper through ask apollo app on nov 30th 2019. Still now the are not ready to deliver the order also i asked for the cancellation and refund the money. Since 15 day i am asking for the refund, in all the call they saying it will be processed but nothing happening.

I bought two packs of augmentin duo 625 mg from apollo pharmacy, sector 37, lal market, noida, uttar pradesh, india. O 17-dec-19 mornng i fear that they are fake as it is not giving any relief to both me and my husband.in fact our cough is getting bad from worse even after taking 3 day dosage.
It is very distressing that we cant trust a reputed pharmacy...
