I visited the shop today to buy a medicine . After buying the medicine when I paid in cash, the person told me they do not have change ( although I just gave 100 rs n medicine was for 18 rs) n asked me to pay through Paytm, their paytm link was also not working n then they asked me to pay through card which I was not having. I told them all I have is cash at the moment n they told me to return the medicine with a very rude n arrogant behaviour....

On 15th feb 2020 at morning 5:00 am ist i visited apollo pharmacy at shop no 1 & 2, shanti vihar complex mira road, shanti nagar, opposite sector 2, thane, maharashtra 401107. I had an emergency and needed some medicines but to my surprise the shopkeepers were sleeping right in front of the gate and inspite of banging the gate.. Shouting and yelling they did not come out of sleep. Finally i gave up and started searching for a different store....

Item booked on 8-feb-20, vide order no[protected]. On 10-feb, one person from the store mentioned that the item cannot be delivered as there is price mismatch.
I mentioned to them to take up with the office as i have purchased from apollo based on the price quoted online and payment also also.
However they are still to come back - neither they have delivered my item, nor the store manager is calling back to resolve the problem,...

The transaction was done on 24/01/2020and the payment was done via phonepay. Twice payment has been made on shopkeeper's advise that money will be returned but instead of several follow up there is no response from them.

Hi, I ordered some product on 29th june with Order ID :[protected], On 3rd feb also its not processed so i reached their customer care, he said me that order is cancelled because product is out of stock.

Wasting my time for 3 days, i am waiting madly for product they are saying after eating my money that product is out of stock. What kind of worst service and joke is this to customer ????

Dear sir/ madam, i visited your pharmacy ordered few medicines, on 15th january at bharathi salai triplicane. So far the staff not procuro the medicines. Their attitude towards the customer wasn't good. Moreover un professionalism. Sorry to say they recording in their note book wrong medicine, in my doctor prescribed which they neglected. Their behavior was not at all good. If its going with un professionalism staff it may damge your brand....

Jan 31st, fol-123 cap tablet is purchased in thoraipakkam branch. The batch no of tablet given is foca19029 and billed as foca19032. Working staff again has no idea on this.

I ordered two product from apollo pharmacy on 22/11/2019. They delivered on 17 december (Delivered after 25 days) and only one product instead of two. They didn't deliver benadryl cough syrup so i contacted on whatsapp twice, mailed three times and called so many times. Each time they told you will receive your refund but even after two months from date of order i didn't receive any refund....

I have made purchase on apollo pharmacy website on 7th Jan 2020 with Order ID :[protected], first they cancelled the order without any information or notification and then they kept my money as well. They didn't provide any refund as well. Also the customer care is quite stupid and rude. They just dont even know that they have a E-commerce website. Please shut down thia fraud business and mame them refund my amount...
